  Philippe Zwahlen, born in 1965, in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland has lived and worked in China since 1993. Philippe Zwahlen gained a vast amount of experience in China as Financial Controller of Nestlé Tianjin, Partner of CHina Consulting Co., General Manager of the Swiss Center Shanghai, General Manager of Steiger China. During all these years he has built up a qualified, proficient and reliable network of professionals in diverse fields of business and industries such as human resources, finance, sales, marketing, trading and production. Philippe Zwahlen of French mother tongue, speaks fluently Chinese and English. He got his Master in Business and Administration in 2004.
  Born in 1975 in Rapperswil, Switzerland, Michael Lehmann obtained his law degree at Neuchâtel University in the French speaking part of Switzerland in October 2000. Employed as a Trust Administrator at Barclays Bank (Suisse) SA. in Geneva, he continued his formation during this time in both, Trust Law and International Wealth Management. Michael Lehmann obtained his master degree of the Master in Business Law Program of Geneva and Lausanne Universities jointly in summer 2006. As part of the program, he took the chance to work in Shanghai, China, for nine months as Chief Administration Officer in a consulting company in 2005. Subsequent full time employments in China include: Executive Director of the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and actually Business Development Director of the Shanghai-based Company sim (selective international management). Michael Lehmann is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish, and has knowledge of Italian and Chinese.
  Ms.Catherine Sun has already eight years of experience and practice as a PRC lawyer, four years of which were as a Senior partner of a Shanghai law firm. During that time, Sun Hongbo mainly specialized in assisting clients with framing M&A plans and drafting relevant documents as well as presenting them during negotiations to clients’ advantage. She also often represents foreign investors establishing foreign investment enterprises and advises them on the structuring of their China business operations. In line therewith, Sun Hongbo undertakes due diligence, reviews and prepares related documentation and organizing members’ tasks in whole work-teams concerning momentous cases, which often leads her to advising clients on daily compliance, management and operational issues. Previous experience includes three years as an accountant, which gives Sun Hongbo a good grasp of how to deal most effectively with corporate cases. Beginning 2007 Sun Hongbo joined sim as head of the legal department immediately engaging in several cases.
  Born in 1972 in Bern, Switzerland, Bruno Graf obtained his Diploma of Product Design at University of Applied Sciences of Northwest Switzerland in October 2006. Before already, he gained and fostered his abilities related to craftsmanship during 6 years as a carpenter. Strongly involved in the organization, planning and implementation of various projects, Bruno Graf completed his formation as an interior design draughtsman and worked at Designhaus Burgdorf (Switzerland) from 1995 until 2001.

During his product design studies, he was asked to execute projects with different Swiss companies and therefore had the possibility to improve and expand his experience and abilities in technology and organization significantly. During this time in 2004, he took the opportunity to study product design for 6 months at Tongji University in Shanghai (China). In 2007 after successfully concluding his studies in Switzerland, Bruno Graf returned to Shanghai and worked at EXH-Design for some Architectural projects as designer, and is currently employed by sim (selective international management) as Head of Product Design.

Ms. Shirley Yang graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with the accountant qualification. She has been working in a famous accounting firm in China for 6 years and gained there rich experience in accounting and auditing, theoretically and practically. Ms. Yang has been active in the consulting and implemention of enterprises for establishment, restructuring as well as M&A. Ms. Shirley Yang is experienced at customer communication and has a solid understanding of specific needs, allowing her to customize best possible solutions to various issues. By joining sim in 2008, Ms Yang took the position of senior accountant, continuing to provide consultant service to customers, as well as advising them in daily financial management.
 

Ms. Sarah Yin was born in Shanghai where also she graduated from East China Normal University with the bachelor degree of English and a certificate of TEM-8. She also obtained National Teacher Certificate and has rich experience in teaching. Besides, she was very active in the China-Foreign communication field. After being the President Assistant in an American high-tech LBS company, she further developed her career as Project Manager at Shanghai Grand Theatre, where she was entrusted with programming and assisting many international first-class art performances and activities in Shanghai, shown at the Theatre. She joined sim in 2008 and is now heading sim HR and administration.
 

Dr. Klaus-Dieter Neubert, born in 1949 in Oberwiesenthal, Germany, can look back on 35 years of professional experience. He obtained his Diploma from Economics University of Applied Sciences in Berlin (Germany) and received his doctor’s degree from the Academy of Applied Sciences (Germany).

With working experience in management positions in East Germany’s foreign trade organisation, as self employed Consultant, General Manager for Dussmann Group in China and UAE, COO of GSN Property Services CO.Ltd. in China he gained a strong management background and experience in an international environment.  Business developments, launch of subsidiaries abroad, transfer of company know-how, corporate policies and -identity of global operating companies were major topics of his ob career as well as planning and controlling procedures.

Dr. Klaus-Dieter Neubert is fluent in German and English and has knowledge of Russian and Chinese.

 

Steven Alexander has worked in management, human resources, and school administration for over 25 years in several countries around the world.

Steven graduated from California State University in 1976 where he was awarded a BA in Business Administration. He has spent the predominate part of his professional life working in the management of humanitarian relief organizations and educational institutes.

During his 12 years in India (from 1982-1989 and 1995-2001) he held several positions in International Educational Services, such as Human Resource Manager (managing a staff of 300), Public Relations, Project Coordinator, etc. He also worked for Deccan Studios in Bangalore (one of the biggest music studios in India) as marketing manager.

In Japan (from 1989-1991) he was the Chief Administrator and Financial Director of 21st Century International School. Then from 1991-1995 Steven Alexander was the Financial Director for Virum Lille School in Denmark and the Fiskars Hill School in Finland.
While in China (from 2004-2009) Steven worked as a Business English Language Instructor at Shanghai Futures, the Four Seasons Hotel and DuPont. He also taught EAP in East China Normal University and was part of the MBA faculty at Jiaotong University in Shanghai. Also, during his 5 years in China he worked for the British Council as an IELTS / BULATS Examiner.

In 2009 Steven started a new company in Finland and is currently the Managing Director of Azurizon Ltd.

He speaks fluent English, moderate Finnish and basic German.
