  Philippe Zwahlen, born in 1965, in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland has lived and worked in China since 1993. Philippe Zwahlen gained a vast amount of experience in China as Financial Controller of Nestlé Tianjin, Partner of CHina Consulting Co., General Manager of the Swiss Center Shanghai, General Manager of Steiger China. During all these years he has built up a qualified, proficient and reliable network of professionals in diverse fields of business and industries such as human resources, finance, sales, marketing, trading and production. Philippe Zwahlen of French mother tongue, speaks fluently Chinese and English. He got his Master in Business and Administration in 2004.

  Born in 1975 in Rapperswil, Switzerland, Michael Lehmann obtained his law degree at Neuchâtel University in the French speaking part of Switzerland in October 2000. Employed as a Trust Administrator at Barclays Bank (Suisse) SA. in Geneva, he continued his formation during this time in both, Trust Law and International Wealth Management. Michael Lehmann obtained his master degree of the Master in Business Law Program of Geneva and Lausanne Universities jointly in summer 2006. As part of the program, he took the chance to work in Shanghai, China, for nine months as Chief Administration Officer in a consulting company in 2005. Subsequent full time employments in China include: Executive Director of the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and actually Business Development Director of the Shanghai-based Company sim (selective international management). Michael Lehmann is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish, and has knowledge of Italian and Chinese.

  Sun Hongbo 孙红波 (Catherine Sun) has already eight years of experience and practice as a PRC lawyer, four years of which were as a Senior partner of a Shanghai law firm. During that time, Sun Hongbo mainly specialized in assisting clients with framing M&A plans and drafting relevant documents as well as presenting them during negotiations to clients’ advantage. She also often represents foreign investors establishing foreign investment enterprises and advises them on the structuring of their China business operations. In line therewith, Sun Hongbo undertakes due diligence, reviews and prepares related documentation and organizing members’ tasks in whole work-teams concerning momentous cases, which often leads her to advising clients on daily compliance, management and operational issues. Previous experience includes three years as an accountant, which gives Sun Hongbo a good grasp of how to deal most effectively with corporate cases. Beginning 2007 Sun Hongbo joined sim as head of the legal department immediately engaging in several cases.

  Born in 1972 in Bern, Switzerland, Bruno Graf obtained his Diploma of Product Design at University of Applied Sciences of Northwest Switzerland in October 2006. Before already, he gained and fostered his abilities related to craftsmanship during 6 years as a carpenter. Strongly involved in the organization, planning and implementation of various projects, Bruno Graf completed his formation as an interior design draughtsman and worked at Designhaus Burgdorf (Switzerland) from 1995 until 2001.

During his product design studies, he was asked to execute projects with different Swiss companies and therefore had the possibility to improve and expand his experience and abilities in technology and organization significantly. During this time in 2004, he took the opportunity to study product design for 6 months at Tongji University in Shanghai (China). In 2007 after successfully concluding his studies in Switzerland, Bruno Graf returned to Shanghai and worked at EXH-Design for some Architectural projects as designer, and is currently employed by sim (selective international management) as Head of Product Design.
