sim (selective international management) was founded in 2006. Since its creation, the company has made significant achievements that have brought us an increasingly growing list of highly satisfied clients (see client feedback).
Founder and Managing Director, Philippe Zwahlen, has lived and worked in China since 1993. During this time, he's built a network of highly qualified professionals across a diverse range of business and industries, including human resources, finance and sales among others.
Having served as business development director, Michael Lehmann became General Manager and Partner of sim in 2008. A lawyer by training, he has lived and worked in China since 2004, and serves to advance the company by building a strong team and putting into place a pragmatic management process.
In 2009, sim opened three liaison offices in Zürich, Berlin and Helsinki.
With an expanding team, sim moved its offices in April 2010, and now makes its home in Shanghai's French Concession where it offers a modernly equipped, professional working atmosphere for its employees, partners and customers.
In July 2011, sim Switzerland was established to fully serve our European customers and provide a strong platform for Asian businesses to enter Europe.
